NY Dance is in fact, my second studio. Would you believe that I ran my first studio for 14 years exactly the same way as my own teacher ran her
school (in the 70-80’s)?
I closed my first studio in the mid 2000’s and after having a few years break from teaching, I opened NY Dance where I’m still working and teaching the classes that I love to this day.
NY Dance is successful both in terms of the studio numbers and day-to-day studio life, and more importantly, in terms of financials.
My experience of having run both a studio that was not financially viable with a solo workload, to my now wildly successful studio business, NY Dance, has given me an amazing insight into not only how to run a dance studio well, but how to have a financially viable studio business that meets all of your needs, both business wise and personally, that you absolutely love working in.
My coaching for Studio Owners is based around Retention Strategies and is individualized for each person that I work with.
